Overview

The Data Compliance Analyst is responsible for maintaining data standards and policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations, and auditing access controls on sensitive data across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Life Science/Biotechnology/Information Systems.
• Knowledge of Pharma processes and data privacy.
• Experience with data products development life cycle.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and assessment skills.
• Team-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
• People management skills in matrix or direct line functions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
