Overview

We are seeking a Product Management Senior Specialist with deep expertise in the drug discovery and preclinical research process to help build and enhance data products.

• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from scientific stakeholders.
• Define and refine the product backlog with actionable user stories.
• Act as a user expert for scientific users.
• Justify and prioritize product improvements.
• Maintain technical knowledge in drug discovery and cheminformatics.
• Write clear problem statements and facilitate solution design.
• Analyze data to generate insights for product strategy.
• Support the Product Manager in executing strategy.
• Act as a customer champion for scientific stakeholders.

Requirements

• MSc required; PhD preferred in relevant fields.
• 2+ years building tools for scientific workflows.
• 3-5 years working with scientific users.
• Experience with data analytics in a scientific context.
• Proficiency in SQL and scientific data management.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Familiarity with cheminformatics and drug discovery processes.
• Experience with Agile software development.
