Overview

The Senior Client Executive builds and maintains long-term relationships with clients to gain an understanding of the partner's organization, goals and key product/service needs. This is an ongoing relationship management role responsible for revenue protection and growth, adherence to contractual Service level agreements, pricing, and compliance terms.

  • Provide tracking and monitoring of subscriber growth rates.
  • Advise clients on product bundle and integration best practices.
  • Create upsell demand within existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues.
  • Research client needs to bundle products effectively.
  • Maintain contact with product and service users.
  • Provide insights to product and marketing functions.
  • Individual contributor reporting to the Vice President, Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8 years of relationship management experience.
  • Sales drive and motivation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SaaS solutions or willingness to learn.
  • Customer service and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
