Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager – Vaccines to lead and coordinate a team of medical representatives promoting our vaccine portfolio within an assigned territory. This leadership role is critical in driving both qualitative and quantitative business objectives, managing resources effectively, and fostering the professional and scientific development of your team.

Requirements

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields.
  • Proven sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with vaccines.
  • Experience in team coordination and leadership.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of finance and budget control.
  • Expertise in territory management and relevant technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
