Process Implementation and Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The goal of our production and delivery division is to act as the world's most reliable manufacturer and supplier of biopharmaceuticals. Our production facilities, along with our external contractors, suppliers, and partners, form a closely woven global production network dedicated to delivering high-quality products to customers and patients on time.

In Short

• Process transfer and implementation from site to site for existing processes and from R&D for new processes.
• Process optimization and improvement.
• Collaboration with validation for equipment qualification and process validation.
• Review and implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Change management and hands-on support for deviations and root cause analyses.
• Support in the operational commissioning of new production areas.
• Creation of work instructions, manufacturing documents, and reports.
• Full-time position in the Blend & Fill area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Engineering degree in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, (Bio)Chemistry, (Micro)Biology, or comparable.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong quality and safety awareness.
• Organizational skills and hands-on mentality.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing of sterile dosage forms or biologics is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, experience with bioproduction, and experience with SAP are advantageous.
