Overview

The Specialty Segment Development Leader (SSDL) is responsible for managing relationships with Healthcare Provider decision makers and driving sales within assigned accounts in a remote setting.

In Short

  • Maintain relationships with departmental and technical decision makers.
  • Work with Account Executives to enhance access to leadership.
  • Act as a clinical/technical sales expert for assigned products.
  • Differentiate GE's offerings and convey value propositions.
  • Develop and present solutions proposals and quotations.
  • Manage territory and account strategies.
  • Track market trends and competitor data.
  • Drive lifecycle management strategies.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences.
  • Resolve customer issues related to services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years selling experience or 5 years with a high school diploma.
  • Valid motor vehicle license.
  • Ability to work day shifts in Central/Pacific Time Zone.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry preferred.
  • Ability to work from home in a distraction-free environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
