Overview

The Senior Associate - Digital Customer Support Engineer is responsible for providing expert software support services for GE Healthcare customers, focusing on technical and application workflow issues.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for GE Healthcare software products.
  • Work in a full-time remote role, primarily during nights and weekends.
  • Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and engineers on application integration issues.
  • Assist in business evaluations and document findings.
  • Act as a resource and mentor for team members.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and develop training for fellow engineers.
  • May require occasional onsite support and travel.
  • Ensure compliance with GEHC standards and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a technical service role.
  • Minimum of five years experience in technical support, software, or hardware.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare information technology experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with service support tools like Service Cloud and Citrix VDI.
  • Experience with Java, Networking, MSSQL, Sybase, Linux, Microsoft Platforms.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Strong customer service attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
