The Manager, Grassroots Fundraising will lead the grassroots fundraising program for the Mozilla Foundation and will be responsible for raising millions of dollars per year in unrestricted funding.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in digital fundraising.
• Experience managing large email lists and raising significant funds.
• Proven track record in A/B testing for fundraising.
• Experience with fundraising platforms like ActionKit and Nationbuilder.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience in a virtual team environment.
• Knowledge of GDPR-compliant practices.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
