Seedworld is looking for a dynamic and strategic Fundraising Manager to drive our capital-raising efforts and build strong relationships with investors. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the Web3, blockchain, and gaming ecosystem, with a proven ability to secure funding and navigate the evolving investment landscape.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy
• Identify and engage potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks and presentations
• Manage the entire fundraising process, from initial contact to closing deals
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors
• Stay informed about market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes
• Coordinate with the executive team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company strategy
• Track and report on the progress of fundraising efforts
• Represent the company at relevant conferences, networking events, and industry forums
• Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand the company's progress and needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fundraising or business development, with a focus on technology or gaming industries
• Strong understanding of the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem, particularly in the context of gaming and NFTs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques is a plus
