Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Game Designer to join our team, focusing on developing engaging open-world or battle royale experiences in survival games.

In Short

• Design and prototype large-scale open-world maps and survival game content.
• Hands-on in prototyping and implementing survival systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize design vision.
• Create detailed design documentation including GDDs and flowcharts.
• Iterate on designs based on playtesting feedback and market trends.
• Champion player experience ensuring high polish and quality.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team environment.
• Report to the Lead Game Designer and work closely with the Creative Director.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design focusing on survival or battle royale genres.
• Proven track record of shipping successful titles on console or PC.
• Expertise in level design and content creation tools.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine for large map content.
• Strong understanding of player psychology and monetization strategies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
