In Short

Design and tune core gameplay systems, progression mechanics, and in-game economies.
Own and evolve LiveOps content and features, including seasonal events.
Plan and manage the LiveOps calendar and coordinate asset delivery.
Analyze player data and economy performance for improvements.
Develop monetization strategies that align with player expectations.
Collaborate with UI/UX and tech teams for feature refinement.
Support community-driven improvements through player feedback.
Create and maintain documentation for economy structures.
Define tracking needs for new features to support design decisions.
Test LiveOps features and game systems for quality assurance.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in game design, focusing on economy and LiveOps.
Deep understanding of LiveOps workflows and player engagement systems.
Strong data skills with experience in economy balancing.
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, and system design tools.
Strong organizational skills for managing LiveOps calendars.
Ability to explain design rationale clearly in writing and verbally.
Bonus: UI/UX or Figma experience.
Bonus: Technical background with analytics tools.
Bonus: Experience with monetization systems in live games.
