In Short

• Drive the design and development of new gameplay mechanics, systems, and features.
• Create and maintain game design feature specs.
• Work with the design lead to present and pitch design concepts.
• Prototype and iterate on gameplay mechanics.
• Propose innovative, player-centric systems and content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Balance and tune systems using spreadsheet modeling.
• Stay current on design trends and competitor products.

Requirements

• B.S. degree or advanced diploma in Game Design or related field.
• 6+ years of game design experience, with at least 3 years on mobile titles.
• Proven experience designing meta features through full development cycles.
• Advanced spreadsheet and tuning skills.
• Experience with hidden object, puzzle, or puzzle adventure games.
• Familiarity with Unity for prototyping.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Highly organized and collaborative.
• Creative problem solver with an innovative mindset.
