Associate Game Producer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Game Producer to join our team and drive the development and execution of our ambitious gaming title Seedworld Beyond The Keep within the Web3 space.

In Short

• Assist the Lead Producer and Creative Director in overseeing the production process.
• Create and manage project timelines, roadmaps, and milestones.
• Act as a primary contact between the Creative Director and cross-functional teams.
• Manage and track outsourcing production.
• Report on progress at the end of every sprint and act as Scrum Master.
• Maintain Jira boards and ensure tasks are assigned and tracked.
• Organize internal play sessions and collect feedback.
• Assist with task delegation and ensure even distribution of work.
• Manage third-party scaling efforts and ensure timely deliveries.
• Recommend roles or skills needed for project success.

Requirements

• Proven track record in production roles within the gaming industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with game engines and development tools.
• Proficiency in project management tools and production pipelines.
• Experience with external vendors and managing outsourced production.
• Ability to foresee potential issues and manage risk.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred.
