Associate Producer - Remote

Overview

The Associate Producer supports the planning and execution of live, virtual, and hybrid events. Working under the guidance of the Head of Production Operations, this role assists in coordinating production logistics, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless event delivery.

In Short

• Assist in developing and maintaining production documents, including timelines and cue sheets.
• Manage the production budget from planning to final reconciliation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support logistical planning, including site visits and technical rehearsals.
• Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items.
• Aid in managing A/V orders and staging specifications.
• Track budgets and manage invoices.
• Assist in onboarding freelance and vendor resources.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance production value.
• Maintain awareness of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in live or virtual event production.
• Familiarity with event production elements such as A/V and staging.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
