Associate Producer - Remote

Overview

As an Associate Producer at DONTNOD, you will ensure the implementation of the studio's strategy and the smooth progress of projects, acting as a liaison between the Producer and the teams.

In Short

• Act as a relay between the Producer and production teams.
• Define and assign tasks to various production roles.
• Monitor task completion using Jira and ensure clear instructions.
• Manage schedules and assess the feasibility of tasks within deadlines.
• Identify and resolve issues reported by teams.
• Work in a collaborative environment with a focus on inclusivity.
• Contribute to the development of a narrative game.
• Support the international expansion efforts of the studio.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in production.
• Proficient in MS Suite and task management tools.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills.
• Pragmatic and diplomatic with good organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively.
