Overview

NVE Experience Agency is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery to clients while supporting larger projects.

• Manage projects with budgets up to $500,000
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure timely delivery of programs
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Lead client communications for smaller budgets

• Oversee vendor communications
• Conduct regular check-ins with project teams
• Adapt to fast-paced agency environments

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of event production experience
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent client focus and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extraordinary organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft and Apple applications
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Available to work weekends and evenings
• Knowledge of the wine & spirits industry is desirable
