Fundraising Manager - Remote

Overview

Seedworld is looking for a dynamic and strategic Fundraising Manager to drive our capital-raising efforts and build strong relationships with investors, particularly in the Web3, blockchain, and gaming ecosystem.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy
• Identify and engage potential investors
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks and presentations
• Manage the entire fundraising process
• Build and maintain relationships with investors
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes
• Coordinate with the executive team for consistent messaging
• Track and report on fundraising progress
• Represent the company at industry events
• Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in fundraising or business development
• Strong understanding of the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience in building investor relationships
• Knowledge of financial modeling is a plus
