• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email & WhatsApp while providing top service
• Ensure and continuously improve customer satisfaction by proactively gathering feedback
• Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or a similar role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with different customer types
• Independent working style and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Team player with a willingness to contribute in a small, dynamic team
• Plus: Professional experience in the moving or logistics industry
