As a Customer Success Manager at Key Data, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize the value from our platform while fostering strong relationships.

• Manage 150-250 client partners.
• Collaborate with the Partner Success team.

Requirements

• Remote position (US Time Zones).
• 2+ years in vacation rental or hotel revenue management.
• Data-driven mindset focused on client growth.
• Proactive in ensuring client happiness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable with change in a startup environment.
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM programs.
