Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving customer engagement and adoption of Persado’s platform, collaborating with clients to ensure they achieve their success metrics.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary client contact for daily engagement.
  • Develop and execute account plans to meet customer objectives.
  • Educate and onboard customers on Persado products.
  • Identify and plan campaign opportunities with marketing teams.
  • Lead status calls and contribute to business reviews.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage multiple work streams and deliver results efficiently.
  • Travel to clients as needed (1-2 times per quarter).

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Tech-savvy with a blend of customer success, technology, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in data and business math.
