Are you looking for an exciting sales position with direct customer contact? We are looking for committed sales agents to provide telephone consultation for our customers – either remote or at our location in Cologne.

In Short

Telephone consultation for customers regarding their moving inquiries
Needs assessment and creation of individual offers
Convincing and closing – connecting customers with our services
Customer retention through excellent service and follow-up on offers
Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the best service

Requirements

Experience in sales, customer consulting, or customer service - over the phone and using common modern communication tools.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
Closing skills and enthusiasm for sales
Structured working style
Proficient with digital tools and CRM systems
Fluent in German, additional languages are a plus
