In Short

  • Identify and convert leads to develop business in the French market.
  • Manage and evaluate lead quality from various sources.
  • Prospect service providers through outbound campaigns.
  • Maintain a rigorous CRM with qualitative information.
  • Define lead conversion strategies and prioritize the sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with prospects to understand their needs.
  • Participate in product demonstrations with pre-sales consultants.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with various teams for successful project execution.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in complete sales cycle management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Facility Management.
  • Degree in commerce, management, or engineering with a specialization in sales or marketing.
  • Ability to manage 10-20 active leads simultaneously.
  • Strong curiosity for digital solutions and new technologies.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Suite).
  • Strong skills in prospecting and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Excellent relational and writing skills.
  • Ability to integrate into a dynamic team.
  • Ownership and accountability mindset.

Benefits

  • Attractive compensation package: 38K to 44K€ fixed + uncapped variable.
  • Full-time CDI status, 35 hours/week, starting January 2026.
  • Remote work: 3 days in coworking in Paris + 2 days remote.
