Sr. Content and Engagement Manager - Brand - Remote

Overview

Movement Strategy is looking for a Senior Content & Engagement Manager to manage the face and voice of today’s largest brands. You will report to the Associate Director, Content & Engagement and work closely with members of the Creative team such as creative directors, copywriters, art directors, and strategists.

• Manage content creation and publishing for major brands.
• Develop and oversee social media content calendars.
• Engage with brand communities and address customer service needs.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative teams.
• Handle creative writing and revisions.
• Manage content publishing and style guides.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to social listening and reporting.
• May manage direct reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in social media content management.
• Experience with large brands, preferably in an agency setting.
• Expert knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with social listening tools.
• Ability to identify strategic insights.
• Proficient in Keynote, G-suite, and Airtable.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
• Creative background is a plus.
