• Join the emerging IoT Platform at Motive.
• Work on ingesting data to and from devices in a scalable and secure manner.
• Build and refactor services to connect devices to the cloud platform.
• Implement Microservices or Lambda functions for IoT devices.
• Build data models and APIs for fleet management.
• Improve cloud security for IoT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers.
• Mentor and grow engineers of all levels.
• Work with messaging pipelines like Kafka.
• Experience with AWS services is a plus.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Mastery of programming practices, preferably in Golang or Ruby on Rails.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture.
• Experience with messaging pipelines like Kafka.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to mentor engineers.
