Overview

The Senior Solutions Engineer will play a key role in driving the success of Motive’s Networks segment, supporting customers and prospects across our Networks and franchise customers.

In Short

  • Partner with Strategic Account Executives to shape deal strategy.
  • Deliver high-impact demonstrations that influence executive-level decisions.
  • Translate complex customer challenges into clear solutions.
  • Develop deep expertise in the competitive landscape.
  • Master today’s platform while shaping conversations around future innovations.
  • Collaborate on RFIs and RFPs.
  • Act as a connector between Sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Represent Motive at industry tradeshows and customer events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
  • Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales field role.
  • Deep knowledge of value-based selling frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in complex solution sales.
  • Hands-on experience with Strategic Enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical solution design.
