Overview

Motive is seeking a Director of Mid Market to drive growth within our Mid-Market segment, leading a team of Account Executives and focusing on new account acquisition.

In Short

  • Lead a team of ~35 Account Executives.
  • Drive acquisition of new accounts in the $50K–$100k ARR range.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with KPIs and goals.
  • Participate in forecast calls and high-value deals.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with various teams.
  • Act as a player-coach, selling products while building the team.
  • Coach managers to elevate performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in GTM software sales.
  • 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Experience in Enterprise Software, B2B Sales, and SaaS.
  • Proven success leading as a 2nd line leader in B2B SaaS Sales.
  • Experience with 90 day+ sales cycles at scale.
  • Track record of implementing sales methodologies.
  • Strong sales funnel management experience.
  • Experience in cross-functional sales motions.
