The Director, Enterprise Sales will lead efforts to prospect, nurture, demo, and close enterprise dealership groups, contributing to the growth of Motive's platform for franchise auto dealerships.

Requirements

  • Evidence of exceptional ability
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts in automotive
  • A high performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ready to travel up to 50% as needed
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Benefits

  • Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 base salary with OTE of $320,000
  • Meaningful stock option compensation
