The Director, Commercial Sales Engineering will build and lead the Sales Engineering teams in Pakistan, focusing on developing junior Sales Engineers and supporting Commercial sales objectives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing technical pre-sales teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Familiarity with value selling methodologies is desirable.
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer with a track record of technical presentations.
  • Understanding of commercial sales cycles.
  • Experience with API-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of cloud software, IoT, and AI/ML is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the Pakistani business landscape is advantageous.
