The Operations Associate - Payroll at Mosey will support mission-critical initiatives to streamline processes and enhance compliance for fast-growing companies.

In Short

• Provide support to state registration requests and maintain SLAs.
• Identify improvements to registration and filing systems.
• Monitor compliance requirements and updates.
• Assist users by answering questions and handling requests.
• Support product feature launches and customer rollouts.
• Write user communications and announcements.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience with payroll registrations.
• 1+ years working in operations or a related function.
• Previous experience working directly with customers.
• Experience in an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn.
• Experience working with a BPO is a plus.
• Strong connection with the company's mission.
