Operations Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Operations Support Specialist will drive mission-critical initiatives to support processes for scale at Mosey, assisting with strategic projects and providing planning, analytical, operational, and implementation support.

In Short

• Provide support to state registration requests and maintain SLAs.
• Identify improvements to registration and filing systems.
• Monitor compliance requirements and updates.
• Support users by answering questions and handling requests.
• Assist with product feature launches and customer rollouts.
• Write user communications and announcements.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience with payroll registrations.
• 1+ years in operations or related function.
• Previous experience working directly with customers.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Experience working with a BPO is a plus.
• Strong connection with the mission of the company.
