Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As the first design hire, you’ll shape the direction of our platform and internal tools, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business leaders.

In Short

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative features.
• Deliver design specifications and assets to engineering.
• Create wireframes, user stories, user flows, and design prototypes.
• Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across visual elements.
• Participate in stand-ups, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.
• Establish and promote a positive, collaborative company culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product design role for a digital startup.
• Extensive experience with interaction design and user-centered design.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively.
• Comfortable with an iterative design process and accepting feedback.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions.
• A portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Curiosity and a love for continuous learning.
