HR & Payroll Operations Associate - Remote

An experienced HR & Payroll Operations Associate to shape and manage HR and payroll operations for our clients' employees in Taiwan. You'll play a key role in building and scaling Taiwan operations. In Short

• Ensure accuracy in payroll disbursements while complying with Taiwan's labor laws.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, achieving zero delays or errors.
• Resolve employee and client escalations within defined SLAs.
• Oversee HRMS data management to maintain flawless record integrity.
• Collaborate with clients on HR matters such as terminations, resignations, and performance reviews.
• Develop and refine SOPs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Be a Pioneer: Shape and lead HR and payroll operations in Taiwan as part of our expansion.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR and Payroll operations, specifically within Taiwan.
• Strong knowledge of Taiwan employment laws and statutory contributions.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to manage client and employee communications.
• Experience with HRMS and payroll software.
• A go-getter mindset with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
