The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role focuses on targeted lead generation, managing a list of leads, and conducting outreach to decision-makers in the DTC brand space.

  • Run a multi-channel outreach strategy across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Book at least 5+ qualified discovery calls per month.
  • Conduct prospect research and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Personalize outreach messages for effective communication.
  • Hit daily call targets and navigate gatekeepers.
  • Collaborate with the team through daily huddles and coaching sessions.
  • Test and optimize messaging strategies.
  • Log all activities in HubSpot on the same day.
  • Contribute to improvements in the outbound playbook.

Requirements

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and navigate cold calls.
  • Experience in sales or lead generation roles.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel outreach strategies.
