Workforce Management, Forecast Change Manager - Remote

Overview

The Workforce Management team is essential to the success of our Customer Operations. We are responsible for ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time to support our customers.

In Short

• Lead the assessment and prioritisation of initiatives influencing headcount requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model impacts of new processes and campaigns.
• Serve as a liaison to ensure new lines of business are scoped and delivered.
• Track implementation of forecast changes and validate business objectives.
• Establish accountability frameworks for forecast change owners.
• Analyse FCR drivers for trends and process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven ability in workforce planning and organisation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Appreciation for data modelling, particularly SQL.
• Fluency in MacOS, Slack, Airtable, and GSuite tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of Customer Operations is desirable.
