Overview

Coinbase is seeking a highly skilled and experienced WFM Manager to manage our forecasting and capacity planning processes within the Compliance operations domain, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational excellence.

In Short

• Build robust capacity plans and staffing models for existing lines of business and new product launches.
• Forecast, schedule and optimize staffing across multiple compliance work streams.
• Identify and analyze areas of opportunity in Compliance Operations.
• Create multiple What-if staffing scenarios for Compliance Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop WFM strategies.
• Work closely with vendor partners to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Utilize statistical methodology to analyze performance trends.
• Present findings to senior and executive management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Workforce Management or Operations.
• Expertise in forecasting and capacity planning.
• Strong expertise in spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work with large amounts of data to identify trends.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for metrics and data.
• Passionate about delivering a phenomenal Compliance Operations experience.
