Requirements

• 5+ years in Workforce Management or Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Expertise in forecasting and capacity planning.
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with large data sets.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for metrics.
