As a VAIB Team Manager, you will lead a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional support to vulnerable customers, managing their professional development, and driving team performance.

In Short

  • Manage a team of VAIB Advisers remotely.
  • Provide coaching and support on customer service tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience managing a remote customer service team.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 3.30pm - 8pm.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in vulnerability support preferred.
  • Analytical skills for data narrative creation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with employee relations cases.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting workloads.
  • Fluency with MacOS, Slack, and GSuite tools.
  • Empathetic approach to team management.
