Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in financial crime regulatory matters.
• Excellent grounding in financial crime regulatory law.
• Passionate about keeping Monzo safe and compliant.
• Strong communicator and problem solver.
• Comfortable liaising with various stakeholders.
• Experience in operational resilience and artificial intelligence is a plus.
