Overview

This role involves being at the heart of complex financial crime cases, working with various teams to ensure processes are accurate and compliant, thus supporting Monzo's mission to keep customers safe.

• Investigate complex financial crime cases.

Requirements

• Expertise in Financial Crime regulations.
• Experience in leading financial crime investigations.
• Confidence in handling escalations.
• Experience in delivering technical training.
• Previous liaison experience with Law Enforcement.
• Ability to prioritize time-sensitive workloads.
• Values-driven and collaborative mindset.
• Bonus for AML qualifications.
• Fluency in MacOS, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.
