Overview

We are on a mission to make money work for everyone and are looking for a Group Head of Cost Efficiency to lead our financial analysis and cost management efforts.

In Short

• Lead the finance business partnering team.
• Deliver financial modeling capabilities for supplier negotiations.
• Work with Data and Transformation teams for cost measurement and analysis.
• Establish key efficiency metrics and targets.
• Collaborate with FP&A for cost performance tracking.
• Manage supplier relationships and contract terms.
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives across the organization.
• Support non-revenue functions in achieving efficiency goals.
• Foster a values-driven leadership approach.
• Knowledge of retail banking and cloud computing costs is a plus.
