Global Indirect Tax Lead - Remote

Overview

The Global Indirect Tax Lead will support the Tax team at Monzo, managing all UK, EU, and US indirect tax compliance and advisory.

In Short

• Own all VAT and indirect tax compliance and reporting processes.
• Assist with indirect tax advice on new contracts and products.
• Design and own the Group’s indirect tax strategy.
• Work closely with local finance teams and advisors.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant and/or tax advisor.
• Significant in-house VAT experience, preferably in FinTech.
• Experience in people management.
• Energetic and hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to tackle challenges associated with expansion.
