The Director, Global Deal Lead at Visa will build and lead a Global Deal team, working in partnership with regional and local market teams to manage and negotiate global deals across various sectors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-performing environment.
• Proven negotiation skills with successful outcomes.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with senior management.
• Strong analytical reasoning and creativity.
