Fraud Investigator - Remote

Overview

This role involves investigating and mitigating fraud to protect customers and maintain trust in Monzo's services.

In Short

• Work remotely from the UK.
• Salary range of £26,000 - £29,400 based on experience.
• Investigate fraud reports from various institutions.
• Communicate with banks and law enforcement regarding fraud cases.
• Write Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).

• Attend mandatory remote training sessions.
• Shift work includes some Saturdays.
