Overview

The Senior Compliance Specialist will play a crucial role in strengthening Montu’s compliance framework and ensuring a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.

• Act as a trusted advisor on compliance obligations and risks.
• Represent the compliance function in governance committees and initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years in senior compliance roles in regulated organizations.
• Experience in developing compliance programs across multiple domains.
• Strong knowledge of legislation and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in legal, risk, compliance, or related fields.
