Overview

The Senior Compliance Specialist is responsible for interpreting and resolving compliance issues, educating employees on company policies, and supporting internal needs while ensuring adherence to regulations and ethical standards.

• At least 4 years of compliance, regulatory, or audit experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare-related laws and regulations preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to embrace change.
• 5 years of corporate compliance experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work with multifunctional teams.
