Overview

The Sr. Manager of Employee Listening plays a critical role in evolving MongoDB's global employee listening strategy, integrating insights across the talent lifecycle, and embedding the Leadership Commitment into the listening strategy.

In Short

• Design and execute a holistic Employee Listening measurement strategy.
• Partner with the Culture & Development team to identify critical people issues.
• Demonstrate thought leadership on talent lifecycle measurement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate results effectively.
• Lead enterprise-wide survey action planning processes.
• Support global action planning programs and initiatives.
• Ensure Leadership Commitment is embedded in survey strategy.
• Facilitate projects and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Handle sensitive data with exceptional judgment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in talent lifecycle measurement.
• Experience in people or talent analytics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Experience working with leadership and stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellence in written communication.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data.
