Senior Manager, JEDI & Employee Engagement - Remote

Overview

This is a Full-Time Role (40 hours per week) with no option for part-time work. While this is a remote-first opportunity, the candidate filling this role must be a resident of the Netherlands, the UK, Pennsylvania, New York, D.C., or Brazil at the start of employment. Additionally, they must be within commuting distance of our office in Amsterdam, London, Philadelphia, New York City, Washington D.C., or São Paulo.

In Short

• Lead and manage B Lab’s efforts to build an equitable, diverse, and inclusive organization.
• Work across B Lab’s leadership, programs, and teams to embed JEDI principles.
• Develop and manage employee engagement programs.
• Act as an internal expert on JEDI matters.
• Oversee and manage Employee Experience Programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to promote JEDI strategies.
• Ensure JEDI principles are integrated into organizational practices.
• Manage engagement surveys and action plans.
• Facilitate and manage the employee engagement budget.
• Support the People & Culture team in various initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in complex organizations.
• 4+ years as a JEDI practitioner in organizations of 50+ employees.
• Experience leading JEDI work across different countries and cultures.
• Knowledge of underrepresented groups and cross-cultural work.
• Understanding of DEI regulations in USA, UK, Brazil, and the Netherlands.
• Experience creating inclusive employee engagement programs.
• Deep expertise in employee experience in diverse workplaces.
• Proven ability to think strategically about JEDI applications.
• Experience collaborating with external consultants.
• Strong networks with organizations supporting underrepresented minorities.

• Annual salary in the range of $119,700 - $128,000.
