Senior Manager, JEDI & Employee Engagement - Remote

Overview

This is a Full-Time Role (40 hours per week) with no option for part-time work. While this is a remote-first opportunity, the candidate filling this role must be a resident of the Netherlands, the UK, Pennsylvania, New York, D.C., or Brazil at the start of employment. Additionally, they must be within commuting distance of our office in Amsterdam, London, Philadelphia, New York City, Washington D.C., or São Paulo.

In Short

• Lead and manage B Lab’s efforts to build an equitable, diverse, and inclusive organization.
• Work across B Lab’s leadership, programs, and teams to ensure JEDI principles are embedded throughout the organization.
• Develop and manage employee engagement programs.
• Act as an internal expert on JEDI matters.
• Oversee and manage Employee Experience Programs & initiatives.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of engagement and belonging among employees.
• Manage cross-functional circles related to JEDI and anti-racism.
• Facilitate and manage the employee engagement budget.
• Support the ongoing development of diverse governance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience working within complex organizations.
• 4+ years experience as a JEDI practitioner.
• Experience leading JEDI work across different countries and cultures.
• Knowledge of underrepresented groups and experience working cross-culturally.
• Understanding of DEI related regulations in USA, UK, Brazil, and the Netherlands.
• Experience creating inclusive, global employee engagement programs.
• Deep expertise in creating employee experience and engagement activities.
• Proven ability to think strategically & creatively around JEDI application.
• Strong networks with organizations supporting underrepresented minorities.
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of time.
