Senior Manager, JEDI & Employee Engagement - Remote

Overview

This role is focused on leading and managing B Lab’s efforts to build an equitable, diverse, and inclusive organization and global movement. The Senior Manager for JEDI & Employee Engagement will work across B Lab’s leadership, programs, and teams to ensure that JEDI and anti-racism strategies are embedded throughout the organization.

• Experience in diverse and global workplace engagement
• 6+ years of experience in complex organizations
• Compensation range: £68,800 - £73,600

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in complex organizations
• 4+ years as a JEDI practitioner
• Experience leading JEDI work across different countries
• Knowledge of underrepresented groups
• Understanding of DEI regulations in USA, UK, Brazil, and Netherlands
• Experience creating inclusive employee engagement programs
• Proven ability to think strategically about JEDI
• Strong networks with organizations supporting underrepresented minorities
• Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time
• Excellent follow-through on long-term goals
