Overview

The Senior Client Manager for Employee Benefits in Public Sector Accounts is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing client data, and providing expert advice on benefits and compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management for Public Sector accounts.
  • College degree preferred or related experience required.
  • 5+ years as an Account Manager in benefits consulting or brokerage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of interpersonal skills for sensitive situations.
  • California Life and Health License required.
  • Professional designations preferred (CEBS, BGA, PHR, CLU).
